For decades I've built engineering software for industry. At TES International, we developed CFD and multiphysics software for the electronics industry, provided consulting, and built turnkey thermofluid toolsets for major aerospace and industrial companies. Those toolsets cut routine analysis from weeks to hours, but each one was a custom project, priced for a corporate budget and available only inside that company.
Everyone else made do with general-purpose software: programming environments where you still have to know the solution procedure, and math notebooks that don't know any engineering. Neither one is a thermofluid tool.
AutoTherm brings the turnkey approach to the individual engineer and the student: the reference material and the automated calculation together in one desktop application, for heat transfer, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
